SikaRoof® VersiCell®
SikaRoof® VersiCell® is a lightweight, high-strength drainage module manufactured from recycled polypropylene (PP) with cells 20 mm or 30 mm high, providing large internal void volumes for increased drainage discharge capacity. SikaRoof® VersiCell® forms a hollow space between the structural element and the planting media, providing excellent drainage to prevent flooding of the landscape features.

Usage
Drainage layer for intensive green roofs, podium landscapes, planter boxes and retaining wall backfill drainage systems in combination with a suitable geotextile as a filtration layer to prevent planting media from clogging the drainage layer.Advantages

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
Clean and sound surface shall have at least a wood float finish. All holes, joints, and cracks and honeycombs in concrete or masonry surfaces shall be filled with an approved grout and allowed to cure. High spots in concrete or masonry surfaces shall be cut off or ground down to prevent damage/puncture to the drainage module.
APPLICATION
SikaRoof® VersiCell® shall be loosely laid and interlocked with adjacent modules connected by proprietary in-built clips to form a continuous drainage layer without any mechanical fixing either on top of the waterproofing membrane or on top of the concrete surface. The installed drainage modules would then be covered with an approved or Sika® geotextile filter fabric before pouring the planting media over the modules.
