Davcopoxy 271
Davcopoxy 271 is a water based two pack formulated epoxy resin tile grout for pointing of ceramic tiles. Davcopoxy 271 is a high strength and impervious grout designed for tile installation over clean and sound substrate. It is ready for use flowable mortar.

MIXING
Pour all of Part A and Part B into a clean container and start mixing using a spindle attached to a low-speed handrill for ~3 minutes, until a homogeneous mix is achieved. Decant all the mixed material into another clean container, scrape the wall and base of the container to ensure all materials are decanted. Mix for another 30 seconds. Davcopoxy 271 is now ready to the applied.
APPLICATION
Once it is completely mixed, the mortar is poured on to the tiled floor and swept into the joints with a rubber spatula. Ensure that all joints are completely filled. The surface of the tiles should be cleaned off with a sponge and clean plain water.
CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT
Tools and equipment must be cleaned with water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be mechanically removed.
