Terms & Conditions – SikaCeram® Epoxy Tile Grout Makeover Campaign

1. Campaign Overview

The SikaCeram® Epoxy Tile Grout Makeover (“Campaign”) is organized by Sika Kimia Sdn Bhd (“Sika Malaysia”) to provide selected homeowners the opportunity to refresh their home tile grouts using SikaCeram®-850 Design or SikaCeram®-855.

Sika Malaysia will sponsor the grout products, while homeowners bear the workmanship cost.

 

2. Eligibility

• This Campaign is open to Malaysian homeowners aged 18 and above.
• The homeowner must have an existing tiled surface suitable for re-grouting.
• Each household is eligible for one (1) application only.
• Employees of Sika Malaysia, its distributors, appointed applicators, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

3. Campaign Duration

• The Campaign will run from 15 November 2025 to 31 March 2026, or until 50 homeowners have been selected, whichever comes first.
• Sika Malaysia reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel the Campaign at its discretion.

 

4. Participation Process

1. Homeowners must complete the online registration form (URL:  https://sika.getfeedback.com/r/DZojowVx)
2. Shortlisted participants will be contacted by Sika Malaysia’s Building Finishing team for site verification.
3. A Sika-appointed Tile Grout Applicator will conduct a site recce and provide a workmanship quotation.
4. Upon homeowner’s confirmation, the homeowner must sign a Consent Letter provided by Sika Malaysia before the makeover begins.
5. The tile grout makeover schedule will be coordinated by the appointed applicator and Sika Malaysia.

 

5. Sponsorship & Payment

Sika Malaysia will sponsor the tile grout materials (SikaCeram®-850 Design or SikaCeram®-855) required for the makeover.
Homeowners are responsible for the workmanship charges quoted by the appointed applicator.
• Payment for workmanship shall be made directly between the homeowner and the applicator.
• Homeowners may select their preferred grout colour from Sika’s available colour range, subject to stock availability.
Sika Malaysia reserves the right to reject any makeover project deemed unsuitable due to site conditions or product limitation

 

6. Filming and Publicity

• By participating, homeowners agree to allow Sika Malaysia and its representatives to conduct photography and/or videography during the makeover process.
• Sika Malaysia reserves the right to use any footage, images, or testimonials for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

 

7. General Conditions

• Selected homeowners must ensure access to their premises at the agreed schedule.
• Sika Malaysia and its applicators will not be responsible for pre-existing defects, structural issues, or damage unrelated to the grout application.
• Sika Malaysia reserves the right to replace products or modify the campaign mechanism without prior notice.
• All decisions made by Sika Malaysia regarding selection, process, or disputes are final and binding.
• This Campaign is for residential properties only and is non-transferable.

 

8. Liability

Sika Malaysia shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with participation in this Campaign, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
