Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period: 1 October 2026 – 31 December 2026

1. Campaign Organiser
This campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Sika Kimia Sdn. Bhd. (“Sika Malaysia” or “Organiser”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Campaign is open to Malaysian citizens and/or legal residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above.
2.2 Participants must be the owner or authorised user of the vehicle for which the auto glass replacement service was carried out.
2.3 Employees of Sika Kimia Sdn. Bhd., its related companies, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, participating workshops, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate

To participate, eligible participants must:
a. Have their auto glass/windscreen replacement carried out at a Sika Certified Auto Glass Installer workshop during the Campaign Period;
b. Take a clear photograph showing the Sika Certified Auto Glass Installer signboard at the workshop;
c. Obtain and retain the official receipt or invoice issued by the participating workshop. The receipt/invoice must clearly show the name of the workshop and the date of service;
d. Complete the official Campaign submission form;
e. Upload:

• A clear photograph of the Sika Certified Auto Glass Installer signboard; and
• A clear photograph or scanned copy of the official receipt/invoice showing the workshop name; and

f. Answer the Campaign question correctly.
 

4. Submission Requirements

4.1 Each submission must contain complete and accurate information.

4.2 The receipt/invoice must be issued by the participating Sika Certified Auto Glass Installer workshop and relate to the auto glass replacement service carried out during the Campaign Period.

4.3 Sika Malaysia reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documents for verification.

4.4 Submissions that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, fraudulent, altered or otherwise unable to be verified may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

4.5 Each vehicle is eligible for one (1) valid submission only during the entire Campaign Period.

4.6 Multiple submissions relating to the same vehicle, receipt/invoice or service transaction will be treated as duplicate submissions and only the first valid submission may be considered.
 

5. Lucky Draw

5.1 There will be three (3) lucky draw winners selected each month during the Campaign Period.

5.2 Each monthly winner will receive a RM100 petrol card.

5.3 There will be a total of nine (9) winners throughout the Campaign.

5.4 Only valid and successfully verified submissions received during the relevant monthly campaign period will be eligible for that month's lucky draw.

5.5 Monthly submission periods are:

• October Draw: 1 – 31 October 2026
• November Draw: 1 – 30 November 2026
• December Draw: 1 – 31 December 2026

5.6 Winners will be selected through a random lucky draw conducted by Sika Malaysia.

5.7 Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided in their submission form.

5.8 If a selected winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, fails to provide the required verification or is found to be ineligible, Sika Malaysia reserves the right to select a replacement winner.

5.9 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
 

6. Winner Verification

6.1 Sika Malaysia reserves the right to verify the identity of participants, vehicle details, workshop details, receipt/invoice and other submitted information before confirming a winner.

6.2 Sika Malaysia may disqualify any participant or winner if the information submitted is found to be false, misleading, incomplete or fraudulent.
 

7. General Conditions

7.1 Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Sika Malaysia reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend or terminate the Campaign or any part of it where necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

7.3 Sika Malaysia reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

7.4 Sika Malaysia's decision regarding the eligibility of submissions and selection of winners shall be final, subject to applicable laws.

7.5 Sika Malaysia will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, corrupted or unsuccessful submissions due to technical, network or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
 

8. Personal Data

8.1 By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge that Sika Malaysia will collect and process the personal information provided in the Campaign form for purposes including:

• Administering and managing the Campaign;
• Verifying participation and eligibility;
• Contacting participants and winners;
• Conducting the lucky draw;
• Delivering prizes to successful winners; and
• Maintaining records relating to the Campaign.

8.2 Participants should refer to Sika Malaysia's applicable Privacy Notice (https://mys.sika.com/en/privacy-notice.html) for information on how their personal data is collected, used, stored and protected.

8.3 Where required, participants may be asked to provide consent for Sika Malaysia to use their name and/or photograph for Campaign-related publicity and communication.
