Multipurpose latex mortar additive

Davco Admix 99 creates a mortar which produces excellent adhesion strength for fixing wall and floor ceramic tiles to internal and external area.

Usage

  • Davco Admix 99 is exclusively formulated for use in conjunction with Davco CTF 99 cementitious tile adhesive.
  • Davco Admix 99 is used with cement based adhesive, in replacement of water for the following applications:
    - External tiling
    - Tiling to areas / substrates subjected to limited movement
    - Tiling to building boards
    - Tiling to RC wall / ALC blocks
    - Tiling to wet areas
    - Heavy traffic areas

Storage conditions

Store properly in dry conditions, in undamaged and unopened, original sealed packaging. Keep away from direct sunlight.

5.75–6.25 L of Davco Admix 99 per 25 kg of Davco CTF 99
Application steps

MIXING

Shake the latex container well prior to usage. Mix with cementitious materials thoroughly until smooth. Let the mortar sit for 10 minutes, then re-mix. Do not add more latex.

CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT

Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be mechanically removed.
